Coffee Roasting Comes to Campus

The Art of Roasting

In the Tony & Libba Rane Culinary Science Center, there will be a micro coffee roastery where students will be immersed in the process of making artisanal coffee beverages from bean to cup. Roasting, grinding, tamping, pouring and serving will be just a few of the hands-on learning activities for student training. Hotel guests and local patrons who visit the roastery will taste the quality of Auburn-roasted beans in every cup of handcrafted coffee.
