"The Wine Appreciation Center will offer students a very rare opportunity to understand the beauty, science and business of wine. They will be exposed to wines from the better growing regions of the world, and to the professionals who are dedicated and outstanding in this endeavor. That exposure will not only enhance the education of hospitality students, but will change lives, by inspiration."
